How to Single Click or Double Click to Open a Folder:

Windows comes with two different and exciting ways to open any folder or file from anywhere
Normally you have to double click on file or folder or icon to open it, but you can switch to single click to open it. When you have chosen to single click opening the title text appears as underline text.
How to Change to Single Click to Open a Folder:
1-      Open “My Computer” (or any folder, sub folder)
2-      Click “Tools” tab in menus
3-      Click “Folder option” from submenu
4-      Click “single click to open an item (point to select) combo button
a)      Underline icon titles consistent with my browser
b)      Underline icon titles only when I point at them
These two optional combo button, each one have different style
One is tiles of all icon title text displayed as “underline font”
Second one just one icon title text displayed as “underline font”
5-      Click “Apply”
Now you can see folder behind of folder option windows change it affects
6-      Click ok to exit
Now you can just 1 click to open any folder or link button.
How to Change to Double Click to Open a Folder:
7-      Open “My Computer” (or any folder, sub folder)
8-      Click “Tools” tab in menus
9-      Click “Folder option” from submenu
10-   Click “Double-click to open an item (single-click to select) combo button
11-   Click “Apply”
Now you can see folder behind of folder option windows change it affects
12-   Click ok to exit
Now you can just 1 click to open any folder or link button.
